Clown Fish Clone

The original photo

This is the edited photo. I was supposed to only clone the fish and move it around, but I wanted to make it look more natural. So I cloned two clown fish and moved them. The first one in the bottom corner I pasted and erased just a little to make the anemine (the thingie with all the wavy arms) overlap it. The clown fish in the upper left corner I also did that to and I added a little motion blur to take care of some of the rough edges and make it seem farther away.

Content-Aware Fill Tutorial

Okay, so this was the original image I was given.

I changed the image by taking out distractions in the image using content-aware fill, which by the way is an amazing tool. I used the image from the tutorial to take away a pole and a little pipe that took your eyes away from the pretty mountainside. I liked this little tutorial.

Color Change!

Original Dress

Color Changed Dress

Color used from this dress

These are not my pictures. I just changed the color of the middle picture. I think that this tutorial was pretty easy. I liked  how natural it turned out...except for some little yellow edges, but thats okay. I think the yellow one looks better myself, but I guess pink is cool too.

The World in Motion

Before

After

This is what I ended up with in the five minutes this took me to do. I really love this tutorial. This picture has mor dimention than it did in the beginning. I did change the brightness/contrast just to give the picture a warmer day dreamy feel. I'm serious it took longer trying to find the picture I was going to use than  how long it took me to do this!

Ummm...okay...so, I thought this was the only picture I had to do, but I have to do 2 more blurs. I thought this was a nice fast tutorial. *sigh* I guess it's too good to be true. I'll post the rest tommorow. *sigh*
I used the lens blur for this picture.  I also played more with the brightness/contrast tools to make this picture look even warmer. I like the lens blur better than the motion blur because it looks more natural.
I used the gaussian blur for this picture. I think it looks the same as the lens blur.  There might be some difference I just can't see.  I noticed the the more I blur the background the more spacey it looks. If it wasnt blured the picture feels sort of trapped and unnatural.

Brushes and such...

This is my Ipod image arranged to be more of my style. I took myself and after about seventy or so trys, I came up with the image you see now. I sort of wish it had more color but it makes the little light thingies pop, so I guess thats cool. I think I took so long because of my perfectionist attitude on these sort of things. *sigh*

iPod!

Okay, sorry there isnt a caption but, it is here. Um I wish I weren't so akwardly posed. I wish I could have had some gradient like the real iPod ads do but I just gave up on that after many many many tries and failures. I really like the iPod that I made by just using some simple shapes. This did take longer than I thought it would but, I had fun.

Some weird rock thingie...

Okay so I actually was able to do this tutorial. Umm, the most trouble I had was the smoothing of the edges of the rock but I finally figured that out with some help. I liked this tutorial for some reason. It was a whole lot easier than the crane tutorial.

Crane

So this was really weird. I had no idea how to complete this tutorial so I just put the cranes together and put some pretty flowerws in the background which I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be transparent or white but if this is incorrect I will fix it.

Montage

This is a picture we made in class using a bunch of pictures of girls and using mask layers to make this montage. I used the opacity for the eyes in the lower corner. It was a very simple tutorial only because ive done this before. So I sort of knew where to place everyone. Over all I like it.

Moto!

This is the picture that I used the mask with the gradient. I used a brush just to clean up the image where the gradient did not do its job. I went and used the black and white adjustments to add contrast to the image. I think the red really pops out and besides the many times I croped this image over and over again I really like how it looks.

A bunch of birds and a river

So I made this using the lasso and magic wand tools on photoshop then just pulled them over into this river picture. I like the turn out.
